The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, even though we were foreigners. The manager spoke English and helped us book tours, making our stay even more convenient. The hotel's location was also ideal, as it was close to the city center and allowed us to easily explore popular attractions such as the Longmen Caves and Shaolin Temple. The exceptional customer service and top-notch facilities truly made our stay unforgettable.
